Services

Your first visit is all about getting to know you—your story, your symptoms, and your goals. During the psychiatric evaluation, we’ll explore your mental health history, current challenges, and any physical or lifestyle factors that may be affecting your well-being.

This thorough and compassionate assessment helps us create a treatment plan that’s personalized just for you. Whether that includes medication, therapy referrals, holistic supports, or lab testing.

Your evaluation may include:

  • A conversation about your symptoms and how they’re impacting your life

  • Review of past treatments, diagnoses, and medications

  • Discussion of sleep, mood, energy, focus, and overall functioning

  • Relevant family and medical history

  • A safe space to ask questions and express concerns

We take the time to listen so you feel heard and so your care truly fits your needs.

Duration: 60–90 minutes
Format: Telehealth or In-person

Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluations

Medication Management

Finding the right medication is a journey and we're here to walk it with you. Together we will create a plan that supports your mental wellness—whether that includes prescription medications, natural supplements, or a combination of both. We partner with you to monitor how you're feeling, make thoughtful adjustments, and ensure your treatment remains safe, effective, and aligned with your goals.

Follow-up appointments are typically scheduled every 2 to 6 weeks, depending on your needs. These sessions provide a space to check in on your progress, manage any side effects, and fine-tune your treatment plan as needed.

Together, we make sure your care continues to support your mental health and overall well-being.

Telemedicine Consultations

Your mental health care should fit into your life—not the other way around. That’s why we offer secure, HIPAA-compliant telemedicine visits that bring the same level of compassion, expertise, and personalized care you’d receive in person—just from the comfort of home.

Whether you're managing a busy schedule, juggling family responsibilities, or simply prefer the ease of connecting virtually, telepsychiatry allows for greater flexibility without compromising quality.

All sessions are conducted through a private, encrypted video platform, ensuring your confidentiality and peace of mind.

Pharmacogenomic Testing

Understanding GeneSight Testing

At times, finding the right psychiatric medication can feel like trial and error. Pharmacogenomics is the study of how your genes affect your response to medications. GeneSight specifically analyzes how your genetic makeup may impact how your body processes and responds to certain psychiatric medications

This test looks at how your genes may affect the way your body responds to certain medications used to treat depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other mental health conditions. Everyone's genetic makeup is different, and this test helps us better understand how you may metabolize or respond to specific medications—so we can make more informed choices together.

What to Expect:
GeneSight is done with a quick and painless cheek swab. It can be completed in just a few minutes during your appointment or even at home with a kit. Once the lab analyzes your sample, we’ll receive a personalized report showing which medications may be a better fit for you, and which ones may require extra caution or may not be as effective.

The Benefit:
The goal is to help you feel better, faster—by choosing medications that are more likely to work well for you and minimizing the risk of side effects. While it’s not a magic solution, GeneSight gives us one more piece of the puzzle to tailor your treatment plan to you.

If you’re feeling frustrated with past medication trials or simply want a more personalized approach, this test may be a helpful option to consider.
